Notices of planning applications lodged with SHDC are displayed on the Parish Noticeboard, outside the Post Office. Copies of plans relating to these applications can be inspected at the Parish Office during above office hours or when a Councillor is on duty.

Parish Councillors attend the Parish Office, on a rota basis, on Saturday mornings from 10.00 - 11.00am. Should you have any parish matter you would like to discuss come along to the Office at 6 Modbury Court. You can also call in to the Office on Mondays from 9.00am - 1.00pm and speak to the Clerk, David Hansford.

At all other times you can leave a message either by phone or email (see above) or alternatively you can write a letter or speak at the public forum held at the beginning of each monthly meeting of the Parish Council, held on the second Monday of each month at 7.00pm in the annexe of the Memorial Hall.
