Traditionalnal 14th century timber-framed coaching inn which lies in the heart of Modbury at the bottom of the hill in Church Street. The establishment offers traditional home cooked lunch and evening meals using locally sourced produce. The atmosphere is relaxed with the comfort of a log fire in winter and a garden  terrace in summer.

There are six bedrooms all with en-suite and full English breakfast is available to start off the day.

Entertainment consists of regular music provided by a variety of local bands and singers and BBQ's are popular in the garden.
